Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our fragrance decants, Scent Split generally does not accept returns on used or opened items. We are committed to your satisfaction and will replace any products damaged during transit or incorrectly fulfilled.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Securely
Carefully package the fragrance bottles to prevent leakage or breakage during shipping, including the original packing slip inside the box.
Ship and Track
Send your return using a trackable shipping service. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
